At Sapphire Whisk, flavor always comes first. I believe in using fresh, quality ingredients and creating treats that not only look beautiful but taste incredible. My buttercream sugar cookies started it all, but I've fallen in love with experimenting—whether it's rose pistachio shortbread, saffron ganache thumbprints, or unexpected flavor combinations that surprise and delight.

Every order is made fresh to order in small batches. Whether you need a dozen cookies for a birthday, themed treats for a party, or just want to brighten someone's day, I'm here to help. Custom orders typically need about a week's notice, but depending on my schedule, I can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines.
